Thank you for shopping with Bailey’s Custom Creations. We carefully prepare and package each order to ensure it arrives safely. Please review our shipping terms below.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment is received.

All items purchased through the website product catalog take a minimum of 14 days

to make once the order is received and processed. Please understand that each piece is hand made, individually to order.

Processing times may vary during:

• Holiday seasons
• Sales events
• High‑volume periods
• Custom or made‑to‑order production

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other reliable shipping providers.

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Weather disruptions
• Delivery interruptions
• Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

Shipping costs are a flat rate fee for every order.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated at checkout.

To qualify for FREE shipping, you must purchase at least $100 USD before any applicable taxes. 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

• We are not responsible for lost packages
• Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

Please double‑check your shipping information before completing your order.

In accordance with California Commercial Code § 2509:

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after shipment unless otherwise required by law.

When available, tracking information will be provided via email after shipment.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

• Please contact the shipping carrier directly.
• You may also contact us for assistance, but carrier investigations must be initiated by the recipient.

If local pickup is offered:

• Customers will receive pickup instructions after order confirmation.
• Orders not picked up within 3 days may be subject to cancellation and restock fee of no less than $10 and not greater than $50 - depending on the price of the item.
• Local pickup is generally not offered except in special circumstances at local Art Shows or Events and is subject to item availability and at our discretion. 
• Local pickup is a convenience not a right. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Carrier disruptions
• Government restrictions
• Supply chain issues

While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, all shipping timelines are estimates only.

We currently ship within the United States only, however, we do sometimes make exceptions. Any shipping costs outside the United States are the sole responsibility of the buyer -as are any and all customs duties, taxes and import fees. Contact us HERE for more information.
