Returns and Refunds Policy

At Bailey’s Custom Creations, we want you to love your purchase. Because many of our items are handmade or curated artisan pieces, please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Item must be returned in original packaging (when applicable).

Please include your order number and reason for return.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or personalized items
Made‑to‑order products
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards

These items are non‑refundable unless they arrive defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives and is defective:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Include photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to determine whether the item qualifies as defective.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Bailey’s Custom Creations is not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun (for custom items).

Once a custom or made‑to‑order item enters production, it cannot be canceled.

All orders placed before 3pm PDT will be processed the same day and will begin production the following day at 9am PDT.

8. California Consumer Notice

In accordance with California Civil Code § 1723, this Return Policy is clearly posted to inform customers of their refund rights before purchase.
